01 Our commitment

We work to make this website usable for as many people as possible. Our goal is to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. Accessibility is ongoing work, and we review and improve the website over time.

02 Steps we have taken

• Text alternatives for meaningful images, such as photos and association logos.
• A heading structure that helps screen-reader and keyboard users move through each page.
• Visible focus indicators on links and buttons, including the language buttons.
• Color combinations chosen for readable contrast.
• Reduced animation when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets, and zoomed-in text.
• Key pages available in English, Spanish, Russian, and French.

03 Other ways to book and meet

If you cannot use the online booking pages, call (212) 859-5048 or email info@argynlaw.com. We will schedule the consultation with you directly and discuss an accessible way to complete payment.

Consultations are available by Google Meet video call or by phone. If you need an accommodation for the consultation itself, please let us know when you book.

04 Third-party services

This website is hosted on Squarespace. Booking, payment, and video consultations use Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, and Google. These services have their own accessibility features and policies, which the Firm does not control. If one of them creates a barrier for you, please contact us and we will help you another way.

05 Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. Some features of the website platform, embedded content, or third-party pages may not work well with every assistive technology.

06 Feedback

If you experience a barrier, please tell us. Include the page address, a short description of the problem, and the device, browser, or assistive technology you use, if you can. We aim to respond within five business days.
